Grand List Update 05-31-12

May 31, 2012

  • Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick (Xbox)
  • Otogi: Myth of Demons (Xbox)
  • Spider-Man (Xbox)
  • X-Men Legends(Xbox)

Much to the chagrin of my one loyal reader, I have not made any worthwhile posts in some time. In an attempt to rectify my neglect, I have added a couple of pretty good games to the list.

Spider-Man and X-Men Legends are both apt titles to add only a few weeks after The Avengers released in theaters (even though both Spider-Man and X-Men are property of Fox for the time being — but that’s a story for a different blog post). I purchased Otogi because I liked the title and the box art, I used the same logic when I bought Deus Ex: Human Revolution so it’s a tried and true method of game selection. And finally, there is Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick, with Bruce freaking Campbell right on the cover, it was impossible to pass up.

    Grand List Update — 02/25/11

    February 25, 2011

    -Back to the Future (NES)
    -Castlevania (NES)
-Ecco: The Tides of Time (Genesis)
-Shadowgate 64: Trial of the Four Towers (N64)
-Turok 2: Seeds of Evil (N64)
    -Xevious (NES)
    -X-Men (Genesis)

A lot of games this time, all for less than what I paid for Final Fantasy VII. Nothing especially noteworthy except maybe Castlevania.
